Details:
- Oxygen needed only for a few hours after birth
- Both required due to stridor and possible apeonas although these are now maybe thought to be seizures
- Only briefly - oxygen for about an hour after birth
- Oxygen for 24 hours
- Ventilator first 2 hours then oxygen via head box in first 12 hours
- Ventilator for 9 days, came home on oxygen

Other significant birth history information

- Brain bleeding due to vacuum extraction during delivery.
- Chromosome testing due to birthmarks
- hypotonic, mottled skin, facial assymmetry
- Low platelets, had transfusion
- Noted mottled skin and unusual feet
- plural effusion, syndactyly of toes and fingers, an extra finger on each hand, cyst in brain, enlarged ventricles, extra vertabrate at base of spine
- right side of head was large, leg length difference, hemangioma and multiple vascular malformations
- She was extremely red, wouldn't open her eyes for a few days constantly sleeping most likely due to seizures
- a bit purple in color/blue, port wine stains, fused toes, asymmetry (left half bigger than right half of the body)
- ASD that had resolved by 2 months
- Chromosome test came back negative. Always thought one eye was bigger than the other.
- Cool peripheries with delayed capillary refill time. Central capillary refill time was between 2 and 3 seconds, peripherally was 4 - 5 seconds Bilateral undescended testes
- Emergancy c-section as baby was in distress, waters had already broken 12 hours prior to c-section.
- Forceps Birth, needed to be resuscitated at birth.
- Heart murmor detected in hospital, diagnosis was a mild pulmonary valve stenosis
- Hypotonia noticed at birth
- Large port wine stain running down center of face. Would turn bright red/purple whenever he cried.
- Mother's water was leaking before birth and broke the day of birth. Dr. attempted epidural but it did not work.
- Neonatal Alloimmune Thrombocytopenia (NAIT) - very low platelets - required several platelet transfusions in the first two weeks
- postnatal ultrasound scan (48 hours) shows enlarged ventricular system, particularly at supratentorial, no mass effect or midline deviation, with well-formed corpus callosum and posterior fossa normal.
- R facial palsy, toe syndactaly x3L, x2R foot
- she was in the hospital for drug withdraw and red blochy marks all over her body
- Skin very red all over, had to aspirate green bile from stomach...developed NEC
- Stridor (2)
- Treated for a chest infection at birth and for 7 days
- Very good birth except cord was wrapped around neck, unconsciousness had to revive, legs were totally purple/blue. Had second level ultrasounds every 3 weeks, growth was up and down because the doctor did not record which side of the body they were measuring. Entire right side of body was larger than left both in circumference and length.
- very mottled skin tone, ASD and VSD
- When he was about a day old his right arm was all of a sudden swollen. He had what they called a hemangioma on his lips. (don't think it is). And markings all over most his body. An abnormal kidney ultrasound (fluid). Cleared by cardiologist
